Open Dreamweaver CS5.5

1. New>Page from Sample>

Mobile Starters>jQuery Mobile

2. Root Site/Folder

**Update jQuery**

Make sure that your files are named jquery.mobile.js, jquery.mobile.css, and jquery.js*)

3. Edit size

4. Media Queries : Customize the appearance

5. Install OS SDK

Go to Dreamweaver CS5.5>Site>Mobile Applications>Configure Application Framework>Easy Install
